Benefits at Academia

Group Medical and Outpatient

All full-time employees that have passed their probation are covered under our group medical and outpatient insurance. At present, our insurer is Aviva, and employees are insured under their MyBenefits plan for Group Basic Medical, Group Major Medical, and Group Outpatient Medical. The terms and conditions of this plan can be found on the insurance provider’s website. Academia is committed to protect our team, and any changes to our insurance plan will be to provide either equivalent or better protection to our employees. In addition to our insurance policy with Aviva, we have an in-house maternity / paternity package which can be found under our Parenthood benefits.
